William Joseph
Pyatt
Aug 21, 1961 — Apr 14, 2025
William Joseph Pyatt Jr. (Bill), age 63, dearly beloved husband, father, and grandfather, went to be with Jesus on Monday, April 14th, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, fighting with all his might all the way to the end.
Anyone who knew Bill knew he was not outspoken about his faith but had strong morals and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Bill worked with his cousin Michael Massey (Mike) and his brother Brett Pyatt at Quality Services even getting his kids involved showing them what a hard days work can accomplish for many years then briefly going to work with his late father, William Joseph Pyatt Sr. as a Boilermaker, before finally ending his career working for his best friend Carl Peterson, who he loved like a brother and would have done anything for.
He loved fishing with his brother, eldest son, and grandson at Cedar Lake. Bill also loved Kid Rock, taking his other two children and his wife to many concerts through the years. He loved his family dearly, imparting all his children with life lessons tailored to their lives. Bill was always there loving and caring for his family, whether on vacation or at home. What made him happy was seeing the ones he loved happy. He will live forever in their hearts and will always be dearly loved.
Bill was born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, on August 21st, 1961, to William Sr. and Tamera Pyatt. His father, William, proceeded him in death along with his sister Terri Ann Pyatt and his grandchild Baby Windsor. He has one living brother, Brett Pyatt. Bill was married to his beloved wife of 35 years, Angela Caldwell Pyatt.
They had three children, Garrett LaChance-Pyatt (Amanda), Rachel Pyatt (Josh), Gage Pyatt (Kylie), and one grandson, Leo who he was very proud of. Bill had many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends. While he was not a member of any church, Bill did openly confess his faith and, in his final moments, say that he "can't wait to go home and see his dad and sister again"
