Shirley Jean Clemons, 93, of Bonne Terre, Mo. passed away Oct. 9, 2021 at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, Mo.

She was born May 24, 1928 in Bonne Terre, Mo.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Howell and Betty 'Hahnfeld' Howell,

her husband, Langley Clemons

and son, David Clemons

Survived by her son, Craig Clemons and wife Kim,

daughter-in-law, Jill Clemons,

grandchildren, Jennifer Truman,  Brandi Rieke,  Annie McIntyre,  Halie French,  Jenifer Ferguson and Julie Wilkinson,

and sister, Vivian Cornwell.

Many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends also survive.

Shirley was a school teacher at Doe Run, Flat River and then at Central High School.   She also played the organ at United Methodist Church in Park Hills for many years.

A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
