Milburn 'Mib' Horton, 99 years old, 11 months of age, passed away Feb. 3, 2020 at his residence in Farmington.  He was born March 4, 1920 in Leadwood, Mo.   He was a World War II Veteran, Member of First Freewill Baptist Church of Park Hills.  He lived a very Faithful Christian life. His favorite things were working in his shop, yard and being with his family.  Visitation Friday Feb. 7, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills.  Service Saturday Feb. 8, 2020 at 11 a.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church in Park Hills with Rev.
