Michael Edward Jarrell, 64, of Farmington, Mo. passed away April 15, 2023 at Ozark Manor Residential Care in Fredericktown, Mo.

He was born October 19, 1958 in Bonne Terre, Missouri to the late Edward 'Cotton' Jarrell and Charlotte 'Baker' Jarrell.

also preceded in death by his wife; Connie 'Waggoner' Jarrell.

Survived by his daughter; Rachel Skaggs and husband Marcus,

2 grandchildren; Mason and Marli,

3 sisters; Kathleen Jarrell, Sarah Copeland and husband Billy, and Rebecca Montgomery,

nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
