Mary Beck's Obituary
Mary Alice Beck ,89, formerly of Desloge, passed away August 13,2021 at Presbyterian Manor.
She was born December 21,1931 in Patton Mo.She was the fourth of six children.
She was preceded in death by her parents-Everett and Ella Skaggs, her husband-Harold Beck, siblings-Carl Skaggs,
Ed Skaggs, Donald Skaggs and Helen (Skaggs) Dunham.
Survived by sister, Rose Skaggs Cambell of Glen Carbon, IL, 2 daughters-Connie (Beck) Forrester of Farmington, and Teresa (Beck) Edgar of Desloge,
2 grand children- Chad Dunham and Jamie Helms, 4 great grand children Brett and Zach Helms and Logan and Luke Dunham,
1 great great grand daughter- Alana Ramsey.
Mary and Harold Beck were happily married for over 60 years. Mary was a long time member of the
United Methodist Church where she was an active member for years.
She retired from Trimfoot Co. in Farmington.
Mary's talents included sewing, embroidery, crafting and cooking. She especially enjoyed traveling,
camping, playing golf in a couples league,spending time with her family and watching Cardinals baseball.
Services Thursday August 19, 2021 at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to time of funeral service at 2:30 p.m.
Memorials maybe directed to the National Kidney Foundation.
**Mask will be required to be worn.
