Marianna Lynn (Head) Sherrill, 83, passed away July 2, 2026 at Southbrook Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing in Farmington.

She was born April 12, 1943 in Bonne Terre, Mo. to her parents, the late John Logan Head Jr. and Elva Mae (Matthews) Head.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Gary Sherrill and infant daughter Lori Lynn Sherrill.

She is survived by her daughter Tracy Allison and husband Jeff, and son John Sherrill and wife Deborah,

5 grandchildren Alyssa Allison and husband Justin Johnson, Cole Allison and wife Fah, Eli Allison, Adele and Myra Sherrill.

In-laws Judy Sherrill and Donna and Dwayne Watkins,

Other relatives and friends also survive.

Marianna enjoyed sewing, gardening, camping, swimming and fishing with her family over the years.

Visitation Sunday July 5, 2026 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., Park Hills, Mo. 63601.

Service Sunday July 5, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. David Watkins.

Burial at St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery, Bonne Terre, Mo.
