Louvetta "Lou"  Yvonne (Barton) Duncan passed away at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, MO on December 9, 2025.  She was born on June 23, 1935 in Flat River, MO to Tillman Levi Barton and Maudelene (Jordan) Barton.

She is survived by sons David, Michael, Thomas, Daniel, and Timothy Duncan and a sister Sharon Fleming.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons (James Wesley Duncan and Edward Eugene Duncan), three brothers (James Barton, Tillman "Leroy" Barton, and Robert Lyndell Barton), two sisters (Ladonna Dean Barton and Karon Hill), a grandson Daniel Duncan, and a step-granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Duncan.

She was grandmother to 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Louvetta's interest include crocheting and extensive family genealogy.

Visitation Friday December 12, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Horton-Wampler Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., Park Hills, Mo.

Service Friday December 12, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. David McMillian.

Burial will be at Layne Cemetary in Elvins, MO
