Freda Sylvesta Pirtle, 97, of Leadington passed away May 14, 2022 at Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Home in Fredericktown, Mo.

She was surrounded by her family and the loving staff of Stockhoff.

Freda was born to the late Lewis Robinson and Minnie Robinson Trentham of February 7, 1925.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Floyd Elmer Pirtle (Oct. 18th 2015),

Sisters, Sylvia (Robinson) Francis and husband Barney, Beulah (Robinson) Pruitt-Green and husbands Daniel Pruitt and Leroy Green,

Dorothy (Robinson) Wagganer and husband Nelson Wagganer,

Brothers, Lester "Luck" Robinson, Clarence Robinson and wife Hazel Robinson,

and sister in law, Linda Pirtle.

Freda was survived by daughters, Brenda Ramsey and signifcant other Bob Mentzel, Linda Simino and husband Neal Simino,

Grand daughter, Dawn Burch and husband Shannon Burch,

Brother in laws, Jim Pirtle and Joe Pirtle,

Sister in law, Bessie Brooks,

many nieces, nephews, along with her two special caretakers / angels without wings Samantha "Betty" and Jeremy.

Freda enjoyed her church families and strong faith for many years.

She was a homemaker the majority of her life and a avid gardener.

Her favorite time of year was holidays spent with family.

Visitation Thursday May 19, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.

Service Friday May 20, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills, Mo. with Rev. Larry Allison.

Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Leadington, Mo..
