Debbie Louise Tutor, 61, of East Cardonlet, Illinois, passed away Sept. 23, 2020 at Mercy South Hospital in St Louis.  She was born Oct. 7, 1958.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Loretta 'Williams' and by her husband, Mikeal Tutor.  She is survived by sons, Scott Stephens and wife Larinda and Brian Stephens and wife Jodi,  4 grandchildren, Abby (Josh), Kolby, Hunter and Hazel,  great grandchildren, Hayden and Wyatt,  brother, Donald Barnes, Aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends also survive.  She attended Cross Roads Trinity Church.  Visitation Tuesday Sept. 29, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. to time of funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills with Minister Allie McKnight.  Burial will be at Layne Cemetery. *** Mask with social distancing required while at funeral home.
