Bradley Louis
Beucke
May 10, 1953 — Nov 14, 2025
Bradley Louis Beucke, born May 10, 1953 to the late Gale F. Beucke and Wilma Beucke Barnes in St. Louis, MO passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 14, 2025.
Preceded in death by the love of his life, Rosalie (Dane) Beucke. United in Holy Matrimony on July 7, 1972. They were married for 49 years before her passing in 2021. One sister, Barbara Ketcherside, Father and Mother-in-law Clarence and Eileen Dane also precede.
Surviving from their union are two daughters. Denise Beucke of Park Hills and
Angie (Mike) Gillam of Bonne Terre. Four Grandchildren, Olivia Gillam (his birthday twin), and Tanner Broocke (his 4-wheeling Buddy), Keenan (Holli) Gillam and Kyle Gillam. One Sister in law, Kathy Dane of Festus, MO and children Alison, Sam, and Katie. One grandson,
Isaiah.
Also surviving, his significant other, Jodi Asbury of Moberly, MO and her children. Timmy (Tasha) Zike, Chris (Allison) Zike, Chip (Mattie) Zike and many grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts, as well as countless friends from around the world also survive.
Brad worked and retired as a Conductor from Union Pacific Railroad. He also worked the New Year's Eve Specials for Amtrak.
Most Summer nights on the weekends, you could find Brad on a racetrack either in the pits or in a push truck. He loved all things racing, and got the chance to drive a stock car on the
Indianapolis 500 track with Jimmy Kite.
He loved car shows and was a member of the Street
Rodder Association, and was also the Lead Inspector for the NSRA.
To say Brad never met a stranger is an understatement. There was rarely a place we would go
that we wouldn't hear "Aren't you Bradley Beucke's daughter?"
Papa was a jack of all trades, could fix anything, and was always there to lend a helping hand. Jokingly known as the Mayor of Big River Estates, he loved helping his neighbors, and if you were to ask him, he had the best. Some were more like family. He enjoyed clearing driveways for them in the winter, most times before they were even out of bed. He would also take on the role of the Mailman on his 4-wheeler when the roads were too bad for deliveries in the subdivision.
If there's one thing Brad could do, it was fire off a joke on a whim and give you the most detailed
twenty minute directions ANYWHERE, and you better listen because Brad knew Best.
His latest obsession was restoring his grandpa Beucke's 47 Chevy, a treasure that will be
passed down for generations to come.
Finally, and most importantly, the love for his family. Just like our mother, it will never be matched. He loved and protected with fierceness. Our hearts and lives will never be the same. This kind of man, his kind of love, will leave a void in all who knew him. He was the most loving Papa to so many.
From his mouth to our Lord and Savior's ears "May I fall into his hands."
A special thank you to Serenity Hospice and to Jodi Asbury for the amazing and unwavering care she
gave during this difficult time.
In Bradley style, wear your favorite racing shirt or hat, he would love that.
