Betty ‘Dalton’ Neff, 99, of Park Hills, Mo. passed away October 7, 2026.

She was born July 23, 1927 in Leadington, Mo.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl Dalton and Viola ‘Dillard’ Dalton. She was also preceded in death by Her husband, Don Neff and an infant son, Tracy Neff.

She is survived by her son, Randal Neff and wife Jo Ann,

Grandchildren, Randi Jo Cruse and husband Jathon Cruse and Brad Neff and wife Kathryn,

2 great grandchildren, Alexanda Neff and Evan Neff,

Brother, Garry Dalton and wife Patricia,

2 sister-in-laws, Betty Gardner and Alleta Dalton,

Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation Thursday October 15, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., Park Hills, Mo. 63601.

Service Thursday October 15, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. James Chaisson.
